Sweet and salty cheesecake with cherries

Amazing deconstructed cheesecake is easy to make. If you are short on time or at a campsite in Croatia you can simply buy some cookies instead of making your own crumble. And for the compote: probably all frozen berries would work.

When breaking in feta you can intentionally leave it in a bit bigger pieces for small salty explosions. This cheesecake will give you plus points, I got at least four. Is it because I always reduce the sugar a bit? Other sweet stuff on lindy.
