Brilliant spicy vodka rigatoni/penne

Perfect pasta dish with a spicy and vodka kick. Vodka needs to evaporate unless you wanna get tipsy. Pasta choice up to you. Stephen is constantly getting tagged on this dish on his Instagram, do I need to say more? Great date night dish.

A colleague, part-time fashion diva, made it the other way: adding vodka at the end. I would not recommend.
