Beef meatballs with lemon and celeriac

This was the first time I used celeriac and was surprised what turmeric does to it. It turns it yellow!

No shit, Sherlock, that is what turmeric does. Also to your working surface and fingers. Excellent yellowish dish, worth the effort. Other recipes by Ottolenghi on lindy.
