Extremely creamy Thai pumpkin soup

Tastes as beautiful as it looks. If you want it thinner, add more stock, following the recipe it came out very creamy.

Be careful with the amount of curry paste you use: it could make it too spicy fast.

You will need one lemongrass, use the other one with chicken curry.
